TPEx is scheduled to hold a TPEx Listing Review Committee meeting on May 13, 2024 to review the listing application of Grade Upon Technology Corporation

Grade Upon Technology Corporation (stock code: 6739) is applying for listing on TPEx. At the time of application, the company has capital in the amount of NT$ 203 million, its chairman is FANG,TAI-YU, and its recommending securities firms include Capital Securities and IBF Securities.

Consolidated revenue, net profit after tax and earnings per share of the applicant reports for FY 2022 were NT$219million, NT$31 million, and NT$1.71 respectively. Consolidated revenue, net profit after tax and earnings per share of the applicant reports for FY 2023 were NT$255million, NT$50 million, and NT$2.50 respectively.
